Shiloh Lockard is a seasoned professional with nearly a decade of management experience. As Alternative Lifecyles’ technical manager, he oversees virtually every step of our EV repurposing model, including building our pipeline of EV batteries, developing EV battery testing and qualification processes, and sourcing EV battery storage and transfer solutions. Shiloh is also instrumental in managing our strategic partnerships in sectors like EV battery technology, transportation and logistics, and recycling.

Shiloh has also been critical in getting our 115,000-sq. ft. campus licensed and certified as an environmentally safe and sustainable operation. With his support, Alternative Lifecycles has received nearly a dozen federal, state, and local permits in near-record time.

After attending Texas A&M University, Shiloh settled in Texas and has since become an active member of his community in College Station. In his spare time, Shiloh is a certified personal trainer who enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals. His passion for the outdoors has led him to become an avid outdoorsman, and he enjoys motorsports both as an enthusiast and instructor.
